A balanced bitter made from winter barley and whole leaf hops for a simple treat. Brewed with Maris Otter barley from Branthill Farm that has been floor-malted locally in the centuries old way, slowly allowing flavour to develop. Whole leaf Fuggle and Goldings hops from Haffenden Farm are used.
