Jaipur Union

Thornbridge first brew on their Burton union system, rescued from Carlsberg Marston's brewery, Burton upon Trent. Brewed on 20th May, with half the batch fermented on the Burton union system. Rob Lovatt, Head brewer describes the union-fermented version as more rounded and softer and perhaps less bitter. We have both traditional Jaipur and Jaipur union at the beer festival, why not try both and compare?
