Pale Ale

Smooth pale amber beer with orange and a little apricot on the palate where the increasing bitterness is balanced by a honey biscuity sweetness. The sweetness and bitterness lingers with a little pepper. Hints of floral hops in the flavour. Aroma is sweet with some fruit.
