Just like beer, cider and perry come in a variety of styles with different tastes. It’s all about finding the right style to suit you.
An important aspect of real cider and perry is that the taste and appearance can not only vary from year to year but also vary
from batch to batch. This is because apples and pears vary from year to year, and from orchard to orchard.
The widely accepted cider styles are West Country Style, Eastern Style, and Kentish Style.
Very Perry
A fruity perry with a complex yet balanced flavour. Made from Stinking Bishop perry pears.
Bee Sting
Refreshing, with a glorious fresh tasting pear flavour and a wonderful pear aroma.
Perry
A well balanced perry, with subtle honey notes. Produced from super ripe Cornice pears.
Strawberry
Made with pure strawberry juice.
Whisky Cask
Single malt scotch whisky casks are used to give warming notes of oak, vanilla and honey.
Rum Cask
A medium cider with a kick. Made from a mixture of apples including Cox & Russet.
Black Dragon
Rich on colour, body and flavour with a fresh, fruity aroma.
Bone Dry
A clean, crisp and full-dry cider. Made from Katy & Bramley Apples - refreshing to the end!
Sweet Maiden
A traditional farmhouse cider that is rich and velvety in taste (Organic).
