A ruby brown beer with light fruity malt aromas, a sweetish malty palate and a light malt finish.

A Maris Otter malt base with a combination of English and American hops; these work to provide a big bouquet of grapefruit and peach with floral notes throughout. The body is well rounded with a delicate, bitter finish.

Named for the year that England was founded, Nine Two Seven has been created with the renowned Brew by Numbers and is brewed to be an enlightening display of English hops. The Aroma is delightfully floral and the taste is light, fresh and packed with flavours of lemon and grapefruit.

Ravenna is a juicy pale ale single hopped with Mosaic. The hops exude huge aromas of mango and kiwi, followed by flavours of papaya and citrus.

A cask beer from the Thornbridge archives. It pours a rich, deep black and white in colour, and so it named Pica Pica, the scientific name for a Magpie. Expect a balanced sweetness throughout with notes of roasted nuts and coffee.

A special version of Market Porter, brewed to celebrate the opening of The Market Cat on Jubbergate, York. Brewed to ‘Export Strength’, this beer is a nod to the strong porters that were exported to the Baltic ports, India and the Caribbean throughout the 1800s. Strong, black and chocolatey, this beer is hopped with both traditional Fuggles and the more potent Ernest to give a rounded bitterness and smooth finish.

A burnt gold English Pale Ale. Some malt present in the nose with a hint of lime and lemon peel. Medium bodied with some biscuit character and more citrus present in the mouth. The finish shows a clean bitterness with a touch of lingering grassiness.
