White grapefruit, papaya and lime on the nose. The Citra and Mosaic add a light haze to the lotus flower pale body.
Well balanced smooth amber coloured session bitter with aromas of vintage marmalade, apricot and a little toasty caramel. The orange and apricot fruit character is joined in the flavour by caramelised toffee and hints of coconut. The beer becomes more bitter on drinking with some dry earthy hops that linger.Hops: Fuggles and Goldings. Malts: Maris Otter, Crystal and Caragold.
West Coast IPAs are bright, hoppy with a pleasant bitter aftertaste. Amarillo, Jarrylo and Citra hops give the perfect blend for this very drinkable IPA.
The name ''Triskel'' was inspired by triskelion, the symbol of the Gauls, the ancestors of the modern French people, which represents the three elements: Earth, Air, and Water. Triskel hops offer a cream caramel flavour, with earthy overtones, balanced with sweet honey, fruity peach and watermelon.
A traditional session London Porter based on an old recipe using English Pale, Crystal and Chocolate Malts, Fuggles and Goldings Hops. These produce a dark beer with malty body and bitterness balanced with a hint of coffee and liquorice.
Norwegian Kveik yeast gives wonderful warm citrus flavours to the summer ale with Lemon Drop Yeast and Lemon Peel. Wonderfully refreshing with bags of citrus aromas.
East Coast IPAs get more flavour from the malts giving a biscuity sweetness to balance with the bitterness of the hops, but with Amarillo, Mosaic and Belma, they give a wonderful citrussy finish. Oats and Wheat give this beer a slight haze..
