This sparkling wine is made from 100% Pinot Noir grapes. The grapes are whole bunch pressed, with a small amount of maceration for the touch of pink colour, and only the finest press cuts are used. After an extended cold settle, the base wine is fermented at cool temperatures to maintain the grapes freshness. Care is taken blending with reserve wines, to ensure this consistent, classy fruit driven Sparkling Rosé maintains our signature, house style.

Tournament mead is a dark & sweet mead, beautifully married with a discreet hint of ginger lovely served at room temperature.

Rhubarb mead showcases the delicious pairing of Honey and Rhubarb.

Chilli mead has the perfect balance of sweet honey with the spicy kick of chillies, which will leave your tongue tingling with delight. Serve at room temperature and try with hard and strong cheeses, Bolognese and pizza.
