Brewed with Maris Otter Malt, Caragold and Wheat Malt with Hallertau bittering hops and Cascade aroma hops. Light copper in colour with a great zesty hop character with citrus overtone.
The combination of classic and new wave hops give JIMBO aromas of mixed berries, crisp apple, yet all balanced with a well-rounded nutty bitter finish.
Polari is a collaborative Pale Ale brewed to support Stonewall Housing. Brewed with a Pale Malt base, Polari is a beautiful golden copper colour with structure and bitterness from Amarillo followed by a seven-day dry hop with Eldorado and Citra for fruity flavours of mango, lime and passionfruit.
Dark ruby brown ale with a creamy mouthfeel. Strong malt aroma with caramel and blackberry sweetness and earthy hop notes. Bittersweet malty taste with spice. A lingering sweetness, chocolate and a bit of spice, with an astringent finish.
