A juicy, hop forward Pale Ale with low end bitterness and large quantities of Mosaic and Chinook. Oats and wheat give a good body despite its lighter ABV. Unfiltered and naturally hazy with a good aroma and juicy, fruity taste profile.

Brewed to raise funds and awareness for the homeless charity Only A Pavement Away. Made with the finest English Maris Otter Pale ale malt which has a distinctive copper pale colour, and a rich malty base to showcase the finest American hops.

Thick and sweet. Plum and raisin with a hint of roast and creamy, full body.

Collaboration with Wild Card Brewery to produce a pastry stout inspired by Patisserie Valerie’s signature Mille-Feuille slice. Rich malts are paired with vanilla to re-create flavours of buttery pastry, icing, and sweet vanilla custard.

Motueka, Nelson Sauvin hops.

Allirreug ('guerilla' spelt backwards) DDH API is an exhortation to fight in defence of bees. Strong character of their honey blends with fruity aromas (pineapple and tropical fruit) of the hops, a full and robust body with softness. The honey flavour is round and compensated by fresh mandarin, grapefruit and sweet tropical fruit.

Lemon sour, not too sour with some sweetness.

Collaboration with Salt Beer Factory. Blueberry and mango blended in this fruited sour, with a balanced sweet tartness.
