Hop Project 6

This pale is juicy, hazy and bursting with flavour. Featuring Kentish Hops Olicana and CF 185 both from the Charles Faram complex. A local take on beer with a worldwide following.

Single Hop - Ernest

A modern English resurrected after being dismissed in the 1950s due to its “strong, coarse, American aroma”! It has clear “New World” characteristics producing a complex flavour with predominantly fruity notes, especially juicy apricot, citrus and spice and a bitterness that increases as you drink leaving a peachy aftertaste.

Session Pale

TASTE OF KENT AWARDS BEER OF THE YEAR 2021 & 2022. Straw coloured fresh pale ale has tropical fruit and sweet floral aromas with the intense flavour of gooseberry and green grapes with a light honeyed sweetness.

Cavedweller

A big rich porter with a full body and balanced bitterness from UK Bramling Cross hops. Chocolate and coffee notes come through in the malt and dark berry flavours from the hops.

Neanderthal

The Neanderthal remembers when Best Bitter was the best. This beer is our recollection of that, full of roast and caramel malt flavours and traditional Kent hops. A better Best Bitter.
