IPA stands for India Pale Ale. It was the Midland town of Burton on Trent that became famous for this style of beer, exporting it around the world including to India, hence the name. These are strong hoppy beers with moderate to strong bitterness; usually bittersweet. The finish is long and complex.

Stiff Lip

A West Coast style IPA brewed with 5 different American and new world varieties for a multi sensory hop experience. Late dry hopping with Simcoe and US Cascade brings a wave of delicious tropical fruit flavours which crash onto the palette with a pleasingly butter finish.

Kaizen

A naturally slightly hazy, deep gold, Cask Aged IPA. It features 4 New World hop varieties: Cascade, Citra, Vic Secret  and Nelson Sauvin; on a complex base of 5 different malts.

Vivid Dreams of Centennial

Another sensational hop-inspired beer from our single-hopped batch brew series. Centennial hops. Considered by some to have hits of Cascade with aromas of pine mild citrus and some wonderful floral notes combining to give a clean bright bitterness. Hop-imbued enjoyment beyond your wildest dreams.
