California Steam

Ale known as California Common, steam beers were the West Coast’s answer to the lagers of the North Eastern USA. It was easy to brew a lager in of Chicago but much harder in the warm Californian climate. This beer is produced in the same way but in the style of a pale ale lager hybrid. (Ve)
