Dark mild, malty, toffee, chocolate, brewed with classic English hops, has a light maltier flavour.

A Helles style lager featuring German Pilsner malt and Hersbrucker hops. We challenge you to try this beer, we don't stock lagers easily, but this one occupies the taste void the mass produced over chilled fizz fails to fill.

Summer Perle is brewed with the finest English Pale Ale malt. Zesty Kent first gold hops impart an orange citrus note of thick cut marmalade, Yakima valley Cascade hops with floral and grapefruit, citrus notes and a spicy finish from the Hallertau Perle. This is the essence of summer drinking. Sit back, enjoy, and take it easy.

Clean, cutting and robust strong bitter. Brewed and dry-hopped using all British hops, an initial biscuity malt character leads to a grassy lemon hop bite. Sink your teeth into a true English ale.
(In case you wonder, Wolf of the Woods comes from the translation of the Latin name for hops – Humulus Lupulus)

Blending our Russet and Bramley cider, with a hint of freshly pressed sweet apple juice, gave us the cider that was to be known as Sonic Titan. Named not only for its gravity and strength, but also after a track by the gods of heavy sleep.

Brand new beer -  light, classic, crisp golden ale. Challenger as the main hop for bittering, with a late boil of Goldings and Fuggles to round the taste and smooth out the bitterness and Maris Otter malt.

In the Middle Ages, beer strength was marked by 'X'—more Xs meant stronger beer! Rich autumn fruits with hints of spice and orange create a warming ale with a satisfying bite on the finish.
