Built on a base of our favorite Maris Otter and Pale malts, then layered with multiple crystal malts for deep complexity. Hopped lovingly through the boil with UK First Gold and East Kent Goldings. Notes of toasted pumpernickel, caramelized brown sugar, earl grey tea, with a herbal and floral hop character.
