Lite Sabre is a modern twist on an old style known as Mild. Brewed using pale & golden types of malted barley and traditional English hops provides a low bitterness level for this style with a hint of honey and spice.

A strong cider made from varieties including Cox, Russet & Worcester Pearmain. People who like “Westons Old Rosie” tend to be keen on this, as do fans of “traditional scrumpy”.

This is the only perry that has any water in, as it is a mixture of a first and 2nd pressing. The 2nd pressing has water added to re-hydrate the fruit, to assist pressing out the remaining colour, juice and flavours, so the water content is no more than 20%. Often a cloudy perry, it has good flavours despite being lower strength. Varieties include Doyenne du Comice, Thorn, Blakeney Red, Conference.

This starts life as a light cider of about 3% alcohol. We add fresh strawberries to the fermented drink, allowing them to infuse for a couple of weeks, before lightly pressing the rest of their juice out. The colour from the strawberries gives this special (unique) cider a light pink hue, with a medium to sweet taste.

Dry hopped with all NZ Motueka, US Chinook and Aus Vic Secret.

Sweet and juicy blackcurrants are blended with our traditional cider to create a refreshing, thirst quenching drink with a depth of colour and a light floral aroma. Sharp apple works in harmony with ripe, flavoursome blackcurrants to produce a sweet, well balanced and delicately flavoured cider.

A traditional long fermented, still farmhouse cider, rich amber in colour and slightly cloudy with a rich, ripe apple scent. Just as it should be!! Tasting only of sweet, bitter apples, giving way to a crisp, sharp & satisfying dry finish.

With a warming aroma of winter spices, this traditional still farmhouse cider is subtly flavoured with orange, allspice, cinnamon and star anise. A delicious mix of citrus and apple with warming, winter spice undertones.

A Traditional Milk Stout, Dark, creamy, and full bodied, with chocolate and coffee notes.

Not often seen in cask, Cwtch is an award-winning Welsh Red Ale that is packed full of flavour and rich amber colour. We've selected the freshest Citra hops to give this traditional style a Tiny Rebel spin. We love a good Cwtch, and we’re not the only ones.
