A citrus dominated India Pale Ale, its immediate impression is soft and smooth yet builds to a crescendo of massive hoppiness accentuated by honey. An enduring, bitter finish.

Jamestown is soft in body and huge in character. Expect a bouquet of stone fruit and citrus, followed by flavours of Papaya and Pineapple on the palate

It pours an attractive mahogany, bringing forth flavours of honey and caramel with just a light bitterness in the finish to keep it balanced.

A creamy, rich porter with a floral hop flourish and mildly roasty aftertaste, perfect for the winter months.

The beer is light in colour and fantastically full bodied with a joyous aroma filled with zesty grapefruit and lemon. The palate brings flavours of orange and mango with charming floral undertones, notes of honey are present from the malt leading to a refreshingly dry finish (Ve)

Overtone are well known for their hop-forward beers, so we put our shared knowledge together to create something extraordinary. We finalised a recipe using our favourite new world hops to create a Hazy IPA absolutely exploding with flavour! On opening, prepared for an eruption of tropical fruit with bags of pineapple. (Ve)

It's an indulgent dish that we thought would work perfectly with our imperial stout. The toffee sweetness is delectable and well balanced with the roasted base.

Ale known as California Common, steam beers were the West Coast’s answer to the lagers of the North Eastern USA. It was easy to brew a lager in of Chicago but much harder in the warm Californian climate. This beer is produced in the same way but in the style of a pale ale lager hybrid. (Ve)

An amber coloured beer with a malt hop aroma. Bitterness is provided by Fuggles Northdown hop and aroma is given from the classic hop Styrian Goldings.

A Welsh brewed American Pale ale made with all American Simcoe Hops from Yakima Chief Ranches. This well-balanced, crisp-tasting, naturally hazy ale is unfined and unfiltered.

A fresh take on dark ale, brewed with US hops US style yeast. By using de-husked dark malt this y dark beer feels much lighter than you’d expect with crisp fresh hoppy notes! A smooth 4.5% brew.

A bold, hoppy pale with a hint of Linden to blow away the blues. Linden is prolific in Pontcanna and has been used for hundreds of years to cure many ails.

Deep malt and hop aroma slightly floral with spicy notes. Bitterness and lovely liquid malt combine in perfect balance followed by a satisfying dry finish. Fantastic for a big session or just a pint.

Huge hop nose on this. Warmth of malt soon gives to big citrus grapefruit and slightly herby hop flavours. It eventually develops into a complex lasting finish. Dry and packed full of complex flavours
