Kingston Beer & Cider Festival

Afternoon tea in a can. We took 300kg of luscious strawberry purée, blended it with rich Madagascan vanilla pods, and layered it onto a silky base of lactose, biscuit malt, and golden naked oats to bring that perfect scone flavour to life. Then, we gave it a sour twist for a tangy, jammy, and creamy delight that’s straight-up YUM.

Water Sucks, Raspberry Wit is better. Named after the classic Sandler flick The Waterboy, we present this brand new beer. Packed full of fresh raspberry and orange zest, the fruity flavours are prevalent and backed up by the addition of Cryo Pop Berry. Amarillo hops are added to round this beer off with some extra citrus notes, way better than water.

A delicious fresh pilsner brewed on malt and finished with British honey. Using authentic pilsner malt and hopped with saaz / hallertau blanc giving notes of gooseberry with wild flowers and a hint of honey. We are hive mind, beekeepers and brewers working alongside nature to create refreshingly modern meads and honey beers. Sip and join the collective consciousness.

A crisp American Pale Ale brewed with Vienna malt, centennial, columbus and mosaic hops for a floral and citrus bitter finish. Brewed in support of the 1st Molesey Scouts.

A hazy IPA brewed with wheat and oats for a thick body and smooth mouthfeel. Fermented cold with lager yeast for a clean profile that shows off the hop character to its fullest potential. Double dry hopped with Nelson Sauvin, Topaz, Citra & Sabro for aromas and flavours of citrus, tropical fruits with a coconut undertone.

Fizzy Lifting Juice takes sour beer to new heights, packed with enough lifting power to get your work-shy grandpa out their scratcher. Bursting with ripe raspberries and juicy peaches, this nitro sour delivers fruity intensity, cascading bubbles and a mouthfeel soft as clouds.

A classic Porter Stout with the dryness of the Roasted Barley perfectly balanced with the other malts and a clean hop taste. Could be described as having a delicate Hazelnut flavour.

Golden coloured ale with a moderate tropical fruit hoppy character and some balancing malt leading to a bittersweet finish.

Modern West Coast style – super pale and full of flavour and aroma with a crisp bitterness.

A Sussex Classic, developed from an old recipe of Bill’s Great, Great Grandad. Traditional English Fuggles and Goldings hops are combined with pale and crystal malts to give a full malt flavour, robust bitterness, and a subtle dried fruits aftertaste

A malty, full-bodied best bitter with high proportions of crystal malt giving hints of biscuit and caramel. The original Goacher’s Ale!

A seasonable specialty stout subtle sweet raspberries and a hint of vanilla on the nose flavours of dark roasted malt with a medium dry finish.

Our most traditional core beer is inspired by a Manchester stalwart; a fondly- remembered original. Speciality malt gives the deep golden colour and robust base, balanced by crisp bitterness and a floral, lemony aroma.

Banging modern best, Only With Love style: weighing in at 4.2% ABV... big, mellow and rounded with plenty of fruit and malt, a mouthful of biscuits and a hint of spice.

Brewed with Chevallier Heritage malt, Golden Promise & Maris Otter which provide a golden colour. A soft, slightly sweet, well rounded finish. Dangerously moreish!

Created from our recipe for last season’s green hop Prince Ludwig The Indestructible, this 3.4% Mild uses the same Target hops from Richard Edmed’s local hop farm in Horsmonden. With its beautiful mahogany hue, this session beer has a soft, smooth bitterness with savoury spice notes of pepper and nutmeg. The blend of crystal and dark malts provide aromas of chocolate, coffee and toffee for a truly moreish

Ruby porter is a fine example of a beer that gained popularity during the industrial revolution. Brown malt imparts an aroma of bread crust with a subtle roast character, alongside chocolate and crystal malt which brings the classic smooth sweetness typical of this classic style. Altogether, an entire ale.

Session pale ale, brewed with Maris Otter, Vienna and Cara malts blended with New Zealand hops. This vibrant beer has a delicate bitterness followed by a fresh tropical, lime flavour and aroma – quench the flames of your thirst

Think of daffodils and hot-cross buns. Brewed with Chevallier, a heritage malt variety, and with the addition of some rye, it has a bready, caramel base that works brilliantly with the classic British hop, Goldings.

Wit beer combined with IPA levels of hops. A traditional Belgian yeast works in harmony with orange, grapefruit and lime zest, plus a healthy hop dosing, to create a balanced Session IPA

This dark mild has a malty backbone complimented by honey notes and a hint of cinder toffee.

Californian style IPA is brewed with a combination of five US and new-world hops for a distinctive taste experience. The late dry hopping with US Cascade and Simcoe creates a taste of the tropics on the palate with a satisfying bitter twist.

Our bestseller, Spratwaffler Session IPA. Named after fishermen from the North end of Deal, where founders Paul and Sam grew up. The fishermen used to catch sprats, and then BBQ ('waffle' and eat them right on the beach! Packed with Citra hops, this IPA is oozing with citrus, hints of grapefruit and a gentle refreshing bitterness at the finish. Unfiltered, unfined and vegan friendly.

Brewed with four malts: barley, wheat, rye and oats, and hopped with Pioneer. This beer has a spicy, almost herbal aroma and a medium moreish body. A hoppy taste with malty underpinnings, and not at all grainy.

Savour the tropical freshness of mango, passion fruit, and citrus, enhanced by mild bitterness. This smooth, crisp brew is ideal for sunshine and relaxing adventures!

For the return leg of our collaboration with Adnams it could only be one style of beer...an Extra Special Bitter! Layered malty textures intertwine with our expressive house yeast esters and some amazing and super fresh Kent hops from Antony Redsell. Definitely a special one for sure.
