This has brought nuanced layers of complexity comprising subtle golden syrup and bready malt as a counterpoint to the acidity and funky aged hop character and earthy minerality. It finishes with orange pith, soft bitterness and fruity funk.

Lightly tart with a fruity hit of gooseberry and Chardonnay there’s a breadiness that complements the soft bitterness and earthy spice of the hops and saison yeast. The beer finishes with pear, white peach and gingerbread with a clean, subtle bitterness.
