An American IPA. Malty initial profile with a balanced, long finish

A West Coast IPA - Hoppy, moderate bitterness, with cinnamon-spicy undertones

Citrus and tropical aromas, balanced bitterness, light malt, and a clean, refreshing finish. Flavours include lychee, mango, orange, and pineapple, with some sweetness. Bitterness dominates the long, dry aftertaste.

Amber session bitter with roast, and malty notes. Thin bodied with a balanced sweetness and bitterness. Vine/bramble fruits, and bitter caramel. No dominant flavour in the aftertaste. Well-balanced, easy drinking with a clean finish.

A golden ale with a hint of malt sweetness from caramalt. Passionfruit and grapefruit aromas on the nose. First taste gives a complex zesty hop palate leading on to a fresh herby finish.

Brewed with English lager malt and only need a single step infusion mash. The hops are Continental European. The yeast is bottom fermenting and fermented for many days longer and at cooler temperatures than the ales.
