Black IPA is a style we love to brew and one that's perfect for the selected hops, bringing top notes of citrus and peach.

For this West Coast style Pale Ale we went old school Yakima with the hops with a more modern addition in Talus which adds notes of pink grapefruit to the orange citrus and grapefruit notes of Centennial and Comet. The crisp and bitter beer certainly delivers plenty of fruit punch notes!

Best Cask’s first collab, crystal & caramel malts create a chocolatey Dark Mild, Jester hops for fruity twist.

We teamed up with our friends at Mysterious to brew this zesty and refreshing White IPA. Fresh orange peel was used in the whirlpool along with some lemon zest to give a citrus note which complements the Mandarina and Motueka hops, which bring more notes of orange with a twist of lime.

Cloudy wheat beer with a banana flavour.

Beast is a full-bodied dark porter. It’s dark mahogany-brown in colour, with a hint of crimson. Rich aromas of toffee, treacle, Mocha coffee, vinous fruit, and chocolate. There’s more complexity on the palate with fruitcake, a hint of rum, more Mocha coffee, herbal hoppiness, vinous fruit, and a bittersweet finish that’s smooth yet complex, rich but not cloying.

A burst of delicate citrus and slight spice on the mid-palate, and Progress, which soothes the finish with a soft bitterness, while more malt comes forth to produce a delicious and lingering bittersweet character.

The aroma is a blend of fresh grassy and floral hop and a subtly soft, caramel-tinged maltiness. The palate is a balance of gentle grainy maltiness and sprightly floral, citrusy fresh hop fruitiness. The finish is bittersweet with hints of citrus fruit weaving in and out. 

There’s a suggestion of aromatic gin-like botanicals and a gentle spiciness on the palate, which lead to a delicate floral hoppiness and the suggestion of citrus before it finishes dry and lightly fruity.

A New England inspired session IPA that brings bags of tropical & citrus fruits on the palette with a floral aroma. A low bitterness makes this a super smooth approachable drop.

A coffee milk stout brewed with locally roasted beans from our friends at Atkinsons coffee roasters. Roasted coffee & chocolate notes on the palette rounded off with a smooth sweet finish from the addition of lactose.

Brewed with a little help from our friends at the North West Beer Appreciation Society we brewed this session IPA packed to the gills with Citra, Mosaic, Sabro & Motueka hops for a citrus, tropical & floral profile with a low bitterness to let the fruit shine through.

Traditional best bitter, made with First Gold hops. The flavour profile is floral and fruity, complemented with the complex, caramel flavours of crystal malt.

A juicy sour with a twist of acidity, layered with jumbo oats for a smooth mouthfeel and passion fruit for a sweet yet tangy tropical profile.

A modern take on the traditional English brown ale. This robust beer is brewed with all-British barley and Golden Naked Oats. Earthy aromas and flavours of demerara, oak and hazelnuts. Balanced by the floral, elderberry-like aromas of the hops.

We've used 7 different types of malt to give this Dark Mild the complex flavour base the style is known for. This smooth, sessionable beer is lightly hopped with Bullion, adding a hint of berry flavour to the mix. It's got a hit of subtle sweetness with a lingering bitterness.

The big malt base of this amber ale acts as a great foundation to a storm of modern and traditional hops yielding moderate bitterness, huge aroma and a long satisfying finish.

A peach and lychee sour, made to celebrate International Women's Day. Expect aromas of lemon and grapefruit from the Jester hops, alongside the fruity taste of lychee and peach. Wonderfully sour with a hint of bitterness and light malt base. Intense, fruity, delicious!

Introducing Hoop, a deliciously refreshing Gluten-Free Pale Ale that packs a punch with its perfect balance of Cascade and Chinook hops. The Cascade hops bring a bright and zesty citrus kick, while the Chinook hops add a pleasant resinous pine note. These flavours are beautifully balanced by a subtle malt backbone that gives Hoop a smooth and satisfying mouthfeel.

The classic black ale, Old Engine Oil, aged for 6-months in casks formerly used to mature Highland Park's 12-year old single malt whisky. A fresh hogshead of Ola Dubh was opened for us in early June, especially for Ealing Beer festival.
