Ealing Beer Festival

A pale ale using UK and German ingredients. Our malts are mixed with German Carapils to create a clean, refreshing base that has hints of bread and biscuits. Two German and two Scottish hops have be combined to create a delightfully fruity, floral character that adds to the flavours of a German lager.

Pronounced she-hal-i-on. Crisp and refreshing, grapefuity and fresh. Hops: Challenger, Styrian Goldings and Hallertau Hersbrücker. 

Returning after not being brewed for a number of years. Session IPA. Fruity.

A wonderful classic bittersharp with refreshing lemon acidity and an autumnal aroma.

A pseudonym of Harry Master's Jersey and with many of the traits one might expect of this apple. Powdery robust tannins, stone fruits and autumn leaves. A generous cider with low acidity and plenty of interest.

Clockwork Amber Crammed full of Premium Ale and Crystal barley malts, this brew shows off a rich Amber colour.  Medium bodied and rounded, with subtle woody notes blended with an ultra-modern hop finish. Lightly fruity, with an edge of sweet maltiness, leaving a medium dry finish. This brew is a classic cask conditioned Ale

Traditional Pale Ale, with an intriguing bitter note skilfully blended with Sussex grown barley malt to deliver a well balanced natural brew. The organically grown ingredients mature slowly to create a traditional real ale.

Weald Whisper has been brewed with a unique blend of Amarillo, Chinook, Citra and Mosaic hops that give citrus, floral, and herbal notes that provide a fresh and uplifting scent, balanced by subtle hints of biscuit and caramel from the malt. To preserve the original flavour the beer is triple filtered, and despite being low in alcohol it has the character of a full-strength brew. A clear, golden amber colour with a light, frothy head that lingers.

A stern green apple nose gives way to a palate more akin to a classic Devon farmhouse cider with freshly cut hay, lemon curd and a touch of volatile acidity bringing spicey complexity.

Dark brown with a roasted malt taste.

Clear golden Munich lager.

A rich dark stout with a strong roasted malt flavour, and a long smooth aftertaste. Suitable for Vegans.

Citra, Mosaic and Simcoe do the tropical dry hop tango, while the house yeast strain keeps things soft, light and balanced.

In Victorian times, markets would ring with cries of “All Ripe!” from the fruit sellers! All Ripe! has a malt base of lager malt with 30% wheat, fermented with Philly Sour yeast (not a kettle sour) made with mango, pineapple and passion fruit. A balanced, lightly sour and refreshing beer.

Showcasing Maris Otter malt and Ernest hops, fermented with London Ale III and made using some of the techniques used in London Brewing's modern, hazy hop-forward beers.

A collaboration with East London Brewing; a mash-up of LBC’s Champion Beer of London 2023 – 100 Oysters and ELB’s award-winning Quadrant, Talk To The Palm is an Imperial Stout fermented on a bed of coconut! Rich, roasty, bitter and slick, with heady coconut aroma that lends a rum-like quality.
