This extra pale ale showcases a variety of hops; Columbus, Lotus and Simcoe which all add to the crisp taste of this flavourful pale ale. The vibrant flavours combined with the gentle malt presence delivers a refreshing experience.

A powerfully hopped black IPA, expect strong citrus hops to cut through the initial dry roasted notes. A hoppy finish with subtle hints of chocolate.

First brewed back in 2020, Dr Rudi was one of the first beers that we brewed using hops exclusively from New Zealand. It has returned as part of our 'Modern Classics' Series, celebrating some of our favourite beers from the last 5 years

This wonderfully fruity pale ale is refreshingly and light. We’ve worked hard to ensure the raspberry flavours bounce off the hops perfectly to result in a unique, balanced beer.

Our very first stout. Smooth chocolate & mellow vanilla spice laid over a classic milk stout base. We used organic beans to brew this indulgent stout, and it went down a storm. It was “the fastest selling cask we’ve had” at The Pub in Ramsgate!

English pale ale with a refreshing hoppy kick. Crisp and light with a well-balanced bitterness and citrusy undertones.

Traditional golden ale, untraditionally hopped with Citra.

A modern take on a classic blend. Up front there's lots of red apple skin and plummy fruit, followed by some leesy savouriness. Structurally, the tannins are robust, as you might expect, but forgiving and the acidity low. Nicely balanced.

Classic amber Trappist Ale.

Dark brown full bodied malty taste.

It’s a toad not a frog! Unmistakable citrus and floral notes from only the best American Cascade hops balanced with a crisp dry finish make this straw coloured ale a fantastic session beer. All that flavour in a 3.6%. Oh Yes.

A stout like no other. The antithesis of bitter Irish stouts, this is creamy, smooth with underlying chocolate notes imparted by generous amounts of roasted malts and oats. Pours with a dark body and ivory head. It’s a tall, dark handsome pint.

A traditional English bitter brewed using water from the Hampshire chalk hills. Full and clean tasting; initially malty, then tangerine fruit and resinous hop build to a quenching bitter finish. CAMRA Supreme Champion Beer of Britain 2008.

Not too sweet, not too hopped - natural carbonation in Cask is something we love - best description I have seen of this is as "a beer drinker's lager".

A complex mild, perhaps not in the traditional sense, but we like our beers hoppy! Ruby coloured, with coffee and chocolate aroma; hints of dried fruits and sour cherry leads to a soft, yet full roast flavour.  Fruit and malt vying with the rounded hoppy bittersweet finish. Not only for the mild fanatics but the bitter lovers too. Both will be left satisfied and wanting more.

A Golden IPA with mild Citra coming through at the end – this was originally "Coronation" but we sold out 3 weeks before King Charles's Coronation and relaunched this as "Sundown" - here to stay!

Fruity little pale ale. Super Pale, super bright, super tasty. 

A light session American Pale Ale, heavily dry hopped with El Dorado this year providing strong soft fruit aromas. A delight for the summer. 

The UK's top Black IPA, Conqueror is a rich, complex and very distinctive multi-Gold Award winning ale. Packed with 5 speciality malts for a wonderful combination of roaste flavours and hoppiness.

Outstanding, glorious, hoppy golden ale using Herkules, Celeia and Chinook hops for full-flavoured satisfaction. Inspired by the statues of water nymphs in York House gardens in Twickenham, known locally as the “Naked Ladies”.

Southern hopped red ale

everet - was first brewed back in 2015 in collaboration with The Hare pub in Bedminster (the pub has now gone but the beer is still going strong). This beer delivers tropical fruity notes perfectly balanced with a malty biscuity finish. Recently described as un-faultable! 

A beautiful golden ale brewed with just one single malt (pale malt) and late hopped with Perle and Willamette. Another fantastic smooth tasting beer.

Named after the unnerving wobble scooter riders experience when they hit top speed, Speed Wobble is our go to single hop Session IPA. Packed with a heady amount of Citra Cryo showcasing a subtle burst of passionfruit, mango, citrus and pithy grapefruit. Added Oats to the grist give this little Session IPA a smooth mouthfeel and is super crushable.

Full bodied IPA, Oats and Dextrin add to mouthfeel, with Citra, Simcoe and Ekua not hops bringing pine, herb & juicy citrus notes.

English Trappist Blond.

Malty and sessionable benefits of classic 3.8% Dark Mild, lovingly hopped with English Chinook & Citra. Deep mahogany brown with a soft tan head. Think Roasted malt loaf buttered with gentle pine and tropical sunshine. You’ll get a roasty back-bone, coffee undertones with a complimenting fruity hop finish.

If mango juice was beer. Full bodied New England with lashings of mango and the hops to back it up.

Mosaic & Motueka are the duo for this cask pale. Wonderful berry undertones are complemented by distinctive fresh crushed citrus and lime. US and NZ hops are perfectly matched for balance and contrast. Modern-style, hazy cask beer with supreme drinkability!

Session NZ Pale - in honour of two local legends Nessa & Bryn - medium bodied dry citrus extra pale hopped with Nelson Sauvin & Motueka from the South Island area of NZ

Inspired by Italian affogato, our vanilla-laden imperial stout is packed to the brim with rich flavours and aromas of freshly roasted coffee, topped off with a lingering sweetness from the addition of Tonka beans and smooth creamy coconut.

A hazy Pale Ale that stands at a sessionable 5% ABV. This golden yellow beauty is designed to delight your senses with its dank tropical notes and vibrant fruitiness. Expect an explosion of pineapple, passion fruit, and stone fruit aromas that meld seamlessly into each sip, delivering a juicy experience that captures the essence of a classic Verdant beer.

As pale as a 100W light bulb but as juicy as an IPA. Session-able, quenching and totally addictive. Biscuity malt base with a hint of sweetness all drenched in fruity and dank hops. 

Sour Flemish Ale aged in oak barrels.

Paper Room is a Single Hop Citra Pale. Soft, citrussy and a little pithy.

Built to sit somewhere between West and East coast, our Symbiosis series focuses on the idea of building on what we knew about hops and how they compliment and contrast against each other. Pupa is the next stage in the evolution. We're taking the hops from the limelight and moving towards the yeasts that play just an important role in flavour. Expect masses of tropical fruits bursting from the can as hops and yeast dance to create a sensual panoply of aromas. Oats lend a luxurious mouthfeel and low bitterness helps to accentuate this beer into a long and juicy finish. 

Czech amber lager with malty caramel aroma.

Indulgent and deliciously naughty, this bold blend of wickedly decadent chocolate, roasted barley and dark crystal malt give this stout a deep, rich flavour, with an intensely smooth finish. This heavenly combination is a little bit naughty but extremely nice.

Small batch farm produced traditional perry.

A classic Somerset farmhouse cider with an abundance autumn leaf and dried apple framed by gentle tannins and a hit of volatility.

Good old Yorkshire water (some of the highest quality on the planet) combined with pale, crystal and chocolate malts and good old English hops for an unparalleled classic Bitter.

A thick decadent milk stout with the taste of a firm family favourite dessert; sticky toffee pudding. Brewed using 6 malts, English hops, Lactose and natural flavouring – this is definitely one of those Ronseal beers you sweet stout lovers will come back to time and again.

Treacle Stout. A rich treacle aroma layered on top of 7 malts for a roasted grain background and treacle/molasses taste with medium body. Very quaffable for these colder months. This is one of our only flavoured stouts that doesn't contain lactose so is vegan friendly!

In the British Brewing tradition of the 18th Century, many of the London breweries would have a Stock Ale (in this instance, the Speyside Whisky Barrel-Aged XXXK Vintage Ale), which they would blend with a running beer (in this case, Quartermaine). Brother Frater is a blend of the 10% XXXK with a 5.8% English IPA resulting in an especially fruity 6.7% quaffable beer.
