A subtle blend of American hops, the late Simcoe hop addition adds a fresh, fruity aroma.

Using the very best British ingredients, this is a classic malty, hoppy traditional bitter with roasted caramel notes. The original Stardust bitter.

A classic Czech style Pilsner. Using the traditional Saaz hop with a subtle blend of East Kent Goldings, this beer is one flavourful, refreshing Pilsner.

Soft and full-bodied base makes the perfect foundation for the citrussy and spicy hops to shine: Nelson Sauvin, Motueka and Riwaka. 

A development series trialling the very latest hops. A simple hazy pale base is selected to allow plenty of room for the hops to shine. M – Motueka.

Bone dry Scottish cider using a blend of Kingston Black and local apples.

A full-flavoured cider with strong tannins balanced with sharpness. A farmhouse cider, blended from a mix of locally grown cider, dessert and culinary apples.

Dry Hopped Ale

A very refreshing easy drinking beer hopped with American and Polish hops.

Cask only, brewed November 2013. Pale and crystal malts provide a light toffee base for a grapefruit and citrus hop kick from all-American hops.

A crisp, classic, easy-drinking lager brewed with 100% barley malt hopped with Admiral and Hallertauer Tradition.

Thick & luscious stout brewed with lactose to produce a sweet, dessert like milk stout. Vanilla, chocolate, toffee, marshmallow and hazelnut were added during conditioning to give sweet flavours or a rocky road dessert.

Easy drinking golden beer with moderate bitterness.

Inspired by Croydon brewing heritage. Entire was a blend of ‘Three threads’ that were made by a Croydon brewery – Ale, hopped beer & tuppenny, which were mixed together by a barman in Shoreditch, where it became so popular with manual workers, later becoming known as ‘Porter’. Hints of chocolate, coffee and dark fruits on the palate.

Pop Up! IPA uses hops from USA & New Zealand, including Comet, Waimea and Motueka. Tons of dry hopping give it a great tropical fruit nose

A delicate floral aroma leads to a deceptively full bodied sweet-melon fruitiness with a refreshing dry-hop finish. Brewed using finest Pearl Barley, English grown Sovereign hops for aroma and dry bitterness and generous quantities of El Dorado hops for fruit character. A thirst Quencher if there ever was one!

Hoppy and fresh pale ale, brimming with American hops for a great citrus flavour.

Nature breaks out through the eyes of the cat was the proverb which inspired the name of our dry Irish stout. It’s deep and dark with notes of coffee in the aroma, the flavour is roasty with hints of dark chocolate culminating in a delightfully dry finish.

A citrus dominated India Pale Ale, its immediate impression is soft and smooth yet builds to a crescendo of massive hoppiness accentuated by honey. An enduring, bitter finish.

A new beer to celebrate the 15th Anniversary of Jaipur. DDH Jaipur uses the same recipe but is double dry hopped creating an even punchier tropical fruit character.

Thornbridge Jaipur has had a makeover to celebrate its 19th birthday! For this special batch an array of dark malts have been added to the brew to give this version it’s unique look alongside the classic Jaipur flavours.

Thornbridge first brew on their Burton union system, rescued from Carlsberg Marston's brewery, Burton upon Trent. Brewed on 20th May, with half the batch fermented on the Burton union system. Rob Lovatt, Head brewer describes the union-fermented version as more rounded and softer and perhaps less bitter. We have both traditional Jaipur and Jaipur union at the beer festival, why not try both and compare?

Cucumber-infused pale hopped with Willamette.

Collaboration with Brooklyn Brewery’s multi-award winning Brewmaster, Garrett Oliver. It has been created with Fonio, an ancient grain that has thrived in West Africa for over 5,000 years due to its drought resistance and ability to grow in nutrient-poor soil without fertilizers and pesticides.

Soft, velvety, hazy IPA in Cask. This IPA packs a punch with bold juicy stone fruit hop flavours balancing the complex choice of malts.

Court Jester - a playful session pale that's to be taken seriously (ironically). Packed full of UK grown Jester hops, this is a light, soft pale ale with notes of fresh green grapes and a twist of refreshing citrus. A super sessionable all-rounder, punching way above its ABV weight on flavour.

Tropical, light, refreshing Pale Ale. Real pineapple is used in the brewing process to deliver a thirst quenching summer session pale.

The 3AB Ruby Porter is a smooth and sessionable beer with complex, perfectly balanced coffee and cocoa flavours, finished with a well rounded bitterness from quality UK grown hops. Crafted to win over any dark beer sceptic. 

Creamy mouthfeel and mellow bitterness – a juicy and hazy all day extra pale ale. All NZ hops – Rakau, Wai-iti, Kohatu and Taiheke bring heaps of Apricot, Peach, Grapefruit and lime.

An 8 malt monster with Carared, Red X and Spelt bringing toffee, caramel and biscuit sweetness. Centennial on the hot side and Mosaic on the cold side accentuate the malt notes with a controlled piney and floral bitterness. Summer time cask beer.

Sweet cherry lambic with pepper.

A well-balanced, genuine Yorkshire Bitter, with a full measure of maltiness and hoppy aroma – Boltmaker is first choice for the discerning drinker – on both sides of the Pennines.

A 3.4% dark ruby beer with roasted notes and a smooth, creamy taste. A favourite of lovers of a good mild.

Knowle Spring is a full-bodied blonde beer brewed with Golden Promise barley malt, Strisselspalt hops from Alsace, and UK-grown Minstrel, Cascade and Chinook hops.

Be transported by this, the most delicious golden ale, filled with the juiciest hops we could find - offering nearly as many mouth-watering flavours as those countless sweetie jars stacked high above your head years ago.

Named after the hops, Neon Necta is filled to the brim with Nectaron with a good helping of both Citra and ID7 to give it the juicy sweetness it deserves. This magnificent blend has nectarines and soft peaches on the nose. And the sweetness of oranges and a hidden touch of peach on the palette.

Pine and citrus notes combined with a light floral touch will see drinkers sipping on the session time and time again. A crystal clear golden colour will make it appealing to even those most traditional of cask consumers. We can’t wait for you to try it!
