A smooth best bitter. Malt dominates from nose to throat. There is also fruit and roast in the aroma. Sweet fruit in the taste and sweet bitterness in the aftertaste. Sweet fruit, toffee and caramel with a dry aftertaste, full of flavour.

An amber coloured bitter, creamy and light in the body. It has a rather delicate hop/fruit nose. A fruity, sweet taste dominates. The aftertaste is more complex with bitter-sweet notes over the hops. Light, refreshing and mellow with hints of citrus hoppyness.

A light and refreshing golden ale. Delicate aromas of malt, caramel and fruit lead to a more bitter hoppy taste with hints of sweet fruit. The lingering aftertaste is more complex with malt, caramel and hops but predominantly bitter.

Otter’s first pure English-hopped beer, the English hop (Ernest) bitterness prevails, making this a traditional taste with a modern hint of fruit to soften the palate. Hawthorn Pale Ale has a spring zest, with apricot on the nose, and brass in colour.

American Pale Ale brewed with a big hit of Simcoe & Amarillo hops for delicious ripe fruit flavours and strident bitterness.

Dark ruby brown ale with a creamy mouthfeel. Strong malt aroma with caramel and blackberry sweetness and earthy hop notes. Bittersweet malty taste with spice. A lingering sweetness, chocolate and a bit of spice, with an astringent finish.

Polari is a collaborative Pale Ale brewed to support Stonewall Housing. Brewed with a Pale Malt base, Polari is a beautiful golden copper colour with structure and bitterness from Amarillo followed by a seven-day dry hop with Eldorado and Citra for fruity flavours of mango, lime and passionfruit.

Easy drinking pale ale with bitter orange, honey and a touch of honey. Spicy bitter slightly dry finish. Aromas of fresh citrus and sweet tropical notes.

Full bodied porter, plenty of roasted malt coupled with dark stone fruit flavours and a slight hop bitterness before a long bittersweet finish.

Pale golden coloured ale with some hops on the nose. Flavours combine light malt with a citric hop bitterness leaving a lasting bitter and dry aftertaste.
