Loaded with Citra hops, our bright and floral American IPA is a medley of east and west coast hop profiles, packed with juicy tropical fruit character balanced with hop bitterness.

Brewed with ample heapings of Simcoe and Amarillo hops, it’s bold in both flavor profile and aroma, offering distinct notes of citrus and pine and a satisfying bitter kick to top it all off

Dominant marmalade hop bitterness with elderflower notes and smooth, silky biscuit malt balanced with sweet caramel and toffee tones with a crisp apple and citrus hoppy taste fading gently. A little dryness in the finish with a bitter sweet balance and lingering apple and citrus tones.

A dry cider consisting of 50% Esopus Spitzenburg and 50% bittersweet blend (Dabinett, Somerset Redstreak, & Harry Master's Jersey) all grown at Sun Rise Orchards in Vermont, USA. Raw apple cider was used for priming, making this 100% apple. No adjunct, no additions.

A light, refreshing Saison, brewed with plenty of Scottish blackberries. Clean tasting with a dry finish.

Pale and fruity, brewed with Mosaic, Simcoe and Bramling Cross giving a hint of tropical fruits and a crisp finish.

Brewed with 100% New York malts and hops, our Pub Ale carries a floral hop aroma with notes of lemon rind and fresh pine needle, and tastes of country bread and biscuits with subtle apricot finish.

A fresh flavoured lager brewed with Galloway's soft water for a refreshing drink with hints of citrus on the palate.

A golden ale infused with Moffat Toffee for sublte notes of vanilla, honey, caramel and lemon.

Brewed with three hops (primarily cascade). It is fresh, crisp and blonde, with wheat and pale malts.

Imperial stout aged in Heaven Hill whiskey and maple bourbon barrels for 15 months before being blended. A complex tapestry of molasses, maple and oak.

Petite pale dry hopped with Idaho 7, Citra & Galaxy. Submerged in hops with a gentle tropicality. Soft corners, light bitterness, and a stonefruit edge.

A Beliner-Weisse style beer with added cherries for a rich, tart flavour.

A Black IPA brewed with specialty malts to give a full, robust flavour with a lighter body and sublte hop bitterness.

A smokey, dark lager.

Brewed with Dutch legends Brouwerij Kees, a complex malt bill and a long boil gives a thick and luxurious stout base with caramalised biscuits added to the fermenter to add a sweet caramel flavour.

Nelson Sauvin, Motueka, a classic New Zealand pale ale full of goosebery, peach and white wine flavours.

A traditional 80/- export ale, rich and malty with a gentle hop resin finish.

A golden pale ale brewed with Chinook, Centennial and Cascade for a classic American pale taste.

An American Pale Ale with pineapple and mango flavours in a silky texture.

A traditional East Anglian bitter, rich hopy aroma and bitterness dominate throughout with a hint of sweetness in the aftertaste.

A classic American pub beer with sweet caramel malts up front, followed by pine & citrus hop flavors and a firm, balancing bitterness.

A full-bodied, ruby brown, strong ale. Slightly malty with background hints of liquorice and sometimes roast coffee and for some caramel too.

The wood cask version. Expect a more polish, subtle fflavour.
